TIME TO PAY OPTION
The Time To Pay by credit card option enables you to pay off your ticket purchases over 3 months. The Time to Pay option is available during the Members Pre-Sale when you get to the order summary page.
Select Time to Pay to spread your order total to four (4) equal payments over three (3) Months.
BOOKING PROTECTION
Booking protection is available for 8% of your ticket value. We recommend you include this option to get a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in the party be unable to attend due to injury or illness, adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings, mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked event. Here's some advice on how to book your tickets.
With tickets on sale Tuesday 22 November at 11am, we wanted to give our Concert Club Members some tips on how you can secure your tickets before the general public!

If you're a Mission Concert Club Member, check your details are up to date and that you know your Username and Password. If you're not sure click here.

If you or your friends are not Concert Club members, head to our registration page. You will get access to pre-sale tickets before the general public and be updated with all the necessary information about the concerts at the Mission Estate Winery.

On Tuesday 22 NOV go to www.missionconcert.co.nz before 11am. At 11 am tickets will go on sale to Concert Club Members.

The Virtual Waiting Room - Because of the expected high demand for tickets, you will be put in a "virtual waiting room", in other words, a buying tickets queue. This is to manage our website's traffic peaks and avoid ticket scalping and give everyone a fair chance to secure their tickets.

Once you're in the Queue - If you are put in the queue, it's a first-in, first-out system so be patient and wait till it's your turn to buy.
When it's your turn to buy ticket - Click on the Book Tickets button

At the Book Tickets Page, select your ticket type - Look at the website and familiarise yourself with the ticket options available to you.

If you are buying reserve seats - There is a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction. Please note, you will be warned if the seats you've been allocated are not seated together.

Have your Concert Club Username and Password details ready to go - Your Username is the email address you used to sign up. Your password, only you know that!

Have your payment details ready to go - We take credit cards for our online payments and there's also a Credit card "Time to Pay" lay-buy option which allows you to pay off your tickets over 4 equal monthly payments.
Don't forget, your tickets aren't secured until you've finished paying for them, so make sure you have your payment details ready, so you don't miss out!
UPDATE YOUR DETAILS
Do not buy from VIAGOGO or any other unauthorised resale scalper websites. You risk buying invalid or fraudulent tickets.
