Here's few guidelines about your concert tickets, how to get there, what to bring and what not to bring to ensure you have a wonderful Mission Concert experience.
This is our absolute favourite time of the year and we can't wait to celebrate the biggest Mission Estate Winery Concert ever with you!

Here are a few guidelines to ensure you have a wonderful Mission Estate Winery Concert experience.
How do I download my e-tickets?
If you have purchased a General Admission or Gold Reserve Seat "print at home" e-Ticket and are not sure on how to name, download and print them, please follow these steps:

Print-At-Home E-tickets are available to download from your secure Members Area.

To access and name your E-ticket(s), login to your Members Area, then:
- Click on the "My Orders" menu
- Click on the 'View Order Details" button corresponding to your order/s
- Click on the "Name Ticket" button, for each ticket that you wish to re-name and personalize the ticket for the person who will be using the ticket to gain entry.
- Enter the ticket holder name in the field provided
- Click the "Update" button

Once you have named your E-tickets, you download and print them by either:
- Clicking the "Download Ticket" button next to each individual ticket and then printing (Note: please make sure your download blocker is not turned on!) or,
- Clicking the "Email Tickets" button next to the "Order Description" to have each individual ticket on the order emailed to your nominated email address.

To download your ticket/s you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, you can download it for free from - www.adobe.com/products/ acrobat/readstep.html
Log into your Members Area
How do I use my e-ticket to gain entry to the event?
On the day of the event simply take your E-ticket/s with you as you would for any event ticket. Please present your E-ticket on arrival at the entry gate.
NOTE: Gold Reserve Seat Ticket holders need to keep their scanned tickets for presentation at the seating entry area. Your seat Number is printed on your ticket.

Transport & Parking
There are a number of ways to get to the concert and details can be found on our web site.
There will be no Parking in Church Road and surrounding streets. Church Road will be closed to all public Vehicles from 6:00 am on Concert Day.

With the support of Napier City Council, Anderson Park will be available for parking and shuttle buses be operating from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm and the return services post-concert. Cost is $10 pp Cash Only for the return trip. Click here for details.
Event Information
Prior to the ticket gate entry we are required to execute a full search of your accompanying bags and vehicles, in the case of on-site parking access, to ensure that you are not in possession of Alcohol or other illegal items. Should these items be in your possession you will be refused access.
For Commercial vehicles it is a requirement of the driver/operator to ensure that there are no alcoholic beverages in the vehicle when entering Mission Property. A breech of this rule will result in denied access.
Church Road will have an enforced liquor ban in place during the Road Closure period. This simply means that it is a legal offence for Alcohol to be consumed or carried on Church Road during these times.
Wine, Beverages, Food & Merchandise
Unlike other Sporting and Winery Concerts we at the Mission intend to maintain affordable and efficient food and beverage services. It should be noted that once you are ticketed onto our property you will have access to an expanded and extensive network of Food and Beverage outlets. We are in the business of delivering a pleasurable experience.
Please note:
- Bring your chilli bin to keep your beverages cold, additional ice will be available for sale.
- Beverage facilities will be open from 2:00pm for Cash or Credit Card purchase.
- You can bring an unlimited amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you.
- You can bring as much food and non-alcoholic beverages as you can carry. Please no glass or metal knives/cutlery.
- There will also be food available for purchase.

Trolleys, Furniture, Bags & Dress
Trolleys, barrows or other carrying devices of commercial construction or with wheels larger than 12cm in diameter will not be permitted access.
Low/sand chairs, picnic rug, and cushion seating is okay. Full Chairs, and umbrellas are not permitted.
Please consider other concert-goer's comfort and viewing pleasure.
Please consider your footwear. If you have previously attended a Mission Concert you will know the elevation of our site and whilst we prepare the grass and paths to minimize slipping it is important that you wear suitable footwear.
A large variety of food vendors will be trading on site for your convenience, you are also welcome to bring food with you. Plastic containers only and no glass. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, bottles must not have broken seals.
Bringing a bag, pack or chilly bin is handy. Ice is available on-site.
ECO and Safety Friendly Event
In this age of global ecological awareness and safety of patrons we support and encourage patrons and our staff to be conscious of our environment with the aim to live lightly on the land.
We ask patrons not to bring glass packaging of food and non-alcoholic beverages to the concert. Wines are served in 100% Glass bottles which are recycled along with Beer and RTD's served in cans.
A special gift will be available to all patrons in exchange for their empty bottles and cans at our recycle stations located adjacent to each Beverage Outlet.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Recording of stage performances using audio, video or photographic equipment is not permitted.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BREACH THESE GUIDELINES AS RIGHT OF ADMISSION CAN BE REFUSED.
On Arrival at the Mission Estate Winery Property: If you arrive at our event intoxicated you will be refused access! Don't Pre-load and spoil your day!
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed or handed to police and charged. We will not allow the Mission Concert to be spoilt by a minority.
Our Concert Team will be working hard to deliver you the best possible day. We ask that you take special note of the Liquor Licensing changes and if you have purchased tickets for relatives and friends you inform them of the above information.
