No, you cannot bring alcohol to Mission Concerts. In 2010 the Napier City Licencing Authority advised SEL and the Mission Estate Winery they will no longer permit concert patrons to bring their own alcoholic beverages to our concert.
You can bring an unlimited amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you. Please note: No glass allowed
Yes, you can bring Food for consumption at the concert. Please do not bring in any metal cutlery or knives.
Bringing a bag or Chilly Bin is handy, it's a good way of carrying your lunch and non-alcoholic beverages and you can also use it to keep your wine cold after purchase. However, don't make it too big or heavy. Small luggage trollies are okay, but large commercial carts are not permitted.

Low/sand chairs, picnic rug, and cushion seating is okay. Full Chairs, and umbrellas are not permitted. Please consider other concert-goer's comfort and viewing pleasure.

This event is held outdoors so we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, as well as coats or jackets to keep you warm. Please also consider bottled water and sunscreen as the weather can be warm during the day.
The Mission Concert is an outdoor event and can be affected by the weather. The stage is fully covered but the area for concert goers is uncovered and open-air. Please note the concert will proceed rain or shine unless the site is deemed by emergency services and concert management to be unsafe . We advise you to come prepared with the appropriate weather gear.
