General Admission tickets and Reserved Seat tickets are provided as Print-At-Home e-Tickets and are available to be named (in the name of the person that will use the ticket to attend the Concert) and downloaded from your secure Concert Club Members Area.
You MUST NAME each ticket, including both Reserved Seats and General Admission tickets, in the name of the person that will use the ticket to gain entry to the event. If you have purchased E-tickets, this must be done BEFORE you download and print them. Furthermore, the name on the ticket must match the ID of the person using the ticket to gain entry to the event.

We strongly object to the use of unofficial ticket sellers who mislead customers into purchasing invalid tickets which are sold at inflated prices and can lead to non-admittance or ejection from the Event. Do not buy tickets to the Mission Concert from Viagogo or Ticket Merchant!
Our Ticketing Terms and Conditions stipulate that no refund or exchange on any ticket or service fee are permitted except in accordance with the applicable laws in the region of purchase. There are no Pass Outs after you have entered the venue due to strict liquor licensing laws. Once you’ve entered the Concert Venue, you may not leave and be permitted to gain access again.

For General Admission ticket holders there is a reserved wheelchair area for patrons. Access is based upon a first to arrive priority.

Mission Concert Club members are given access to tickets prior to public release. We cannot guarantee members that they will be able to purchase the ticket category and number when applying but by being a Concert Club member gives concert patrons the best possible chance of securing the tickets they desire.
On the day of the event simply take your E-ticket/s with you as you would for any event ticket. Please present your E-ticket on arrival at the entry gate.

The E-ticket bearer will be asked to show proof of identification at the gate of the venue to gain entry. Security staff will check that the name on the ticket matches the ID of the person using the ticket to gain entry to the event.

All ticket holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 4 years and over must purchase a ticket. There is no charge or ticket requirement for a child under 4 years of age accompanied by an adult into the General Admission area. All children entering the reserved area with an adult must hold a reserved seat ticket.
